Location is the very best. Patio right on the Grand Canal. Hotel building is unique and enjoyable. Have and will definitely stay here whenever I am in Venice

Exceptional architectural and interior details. Water taxis come right to the front door. Location is central but not crowded and travel wether walking or on vapporetos around Venice was easy. Only 10 rooms!
The interiors although beautiful were dark with little sitting space. Larger rooms might afford that - don't know.

Staff was great, although at times it felt they may have been a bit understaffed. Loved the historic feeling of the building, it's terrace over looking the Grand Canal.
Only one thing - We needed an iron and ironing board and they said they didn't have one.
