Hotel Olympia Valencia

The staff was very nice to us. I would especially note Maria at breakfast staff, she was super nice and accommodating! The breakfast was also very good and diversified.

Cleanliness was not the hotel's highest point. I could recommend the management to order the vacuum cleaning of rooms and corridors once in awhile, because there was dust, hairs and other trash spread around. Also the toilet had some traces of urine from previous guests, which was very unpleasant. Also, I heard another guest at the reception asking to change his room because it was dirty, so I suggest the hotel's management to take some action on the hotel's cleanliness.

Easy to find. Excellent breakfast. Everything you could ask for evening buffet. Incredible value for money. Have stayed and will stay here again. Garage parking for a small fee.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Personel dbał o czystość. Chociaż uważam, że ręczniki były wymieniane zbyt często. Raz na dwa dni wystarczyłoby. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują posiłki. Śniadania rewelacyjne. Obiady również. Troszkę brakowało mi warzyw. Dlatego podjadałam dekorację z zieleniny :) Bardzo dobre położenie. W dobrej odległości od metra.

The location was very good. It was very easy to get to the city center. The metro station is only a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach downtown Valencia in about 15 minutes. There is free parking next to the hotel, which was very convenient for parking the car. The room was comfortable and clean, and it even had a bidet.

I did not like that we were not informed in advance that the swimming pool was under renovation. The buffet dinner was not very good, and we were provided with only a small bottle of shower gel and no shampoo. There was no bidet towel, and there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. Considering that this was a four-star hotel, I found these details somewhat disappointing.
