Hotel RH Jerez Centro

We had a family room on level 1 which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a very good size. The whole room was well appointed with conveniences. The location is perfect for sightseeing all over Jerez. It is a fabulous hotel. Excellent value for money. And in an additional and exceptional experience, one of our party had an accident requiring medical attention locally in Jerez and an extension of our stay at the hotel. All of the staff could not have been more caring and kind and helpful. They all made a difficult time so much easier and went far beyond anything asked or expected. Whilst this may be a unique or infrequent experience for most guests, I think it still says much about the ethos and hospitality of this hotel and its staff.

Nothing.

Very central location with friendly staff.

Decor is a little dated but perfectly functional and clean.

Clean, comfortable hotel. We appreciated the on-site parking very much. Conveniently located on a busy street if you need a taxi.. pleasant and helpful staff. Decent, but a bit pricey, breakfast. The atmosphere is generic, and contemporary.

The extras (kiosk, wine, breakfast) are a bit pricey

Location

A trip back to the 1970s especially the vintage bathrooms. Staff were hopeless- waiting vainly at reception whilst three of them sorted something on a spreadsheet together wasn’t the best welcome…
