Air con was not cool enough and there was no coffee/tea available in the rooms - being British we do like a coffee or tea whenever we like that may be just a culture thing

Outdoor pool was excellent, size of the rooms was greater than we anticipated. Loved the packed breakfast on one morning when we had to leave early the hotel before the buffet breakfast was served. Staff at the front desk were very helpful
Breakfast was limited if you arrived late. The charges for the spa and internal pool was excessive and there was no mention of this anywhere at the time of booking. Dissapointing that there was no tea/ coffee making facilties in the room

The hotel is in a beautiful area so the views are lovely and the hotel has the potential to be very good.
For the price, i expected tea or coffee facilities in the room but they had none. We could not get a taxi so had to eat in the hotel restaurant which turned out that some of the food was microwaved ready meal as i found part of the sellophane lid in my cannelloni.
There is nothing else in the area so no choice of where to eat or drink.
