Beds comfortable, ar conditioning very good, breakfast very good, hotel's location away from downtown but very silent. The WIFI was good even inside the room.

The shower area was full of black mold in the corners of the tiles and on the floor. I reported this during check-out and they promised to clean it. The maids were talking loudly in the morning, disturbing our sleep. We had to open the room door and ask them to speak more quietly. I also reported this situation during check-out and they promised they would instruct the maids.

The pool areas was good and not busy and clean. The breakfast was excellent - we didn't need to take lunch. The secure parking under the hotel was good although there is plenty of on-road parking and the area felt secure.

The bathroom could do with updating - but was clean

No kettle or tea and coffee making ability in the room.

- Location was good for one night stay, our purpose was to pick up family from the airport, 13 min drive from the facilities made it possible. - breakfast was okay, all necessary however if you are planning to stay for longer the offer is poor - inside parking was good, the car did not heat up what was very valuable

- the hotel on the pictures looked very charming, the reality is very old, over used furniture, bad smell all across the hallway and too much chlore smell in the room - bathroom is with a bath with jacuzzi mode, which got unlocked while washing itself, huge steams of water started to splash out on the floor, buttons were over used and did not respond, all floor was wet, when my husband when to reception to ask for help, personal just sent him away with advice to check the electric panel, did not offer any help. - breakfast is served in the room where oven is working, warming pan is working so in the end it feels like in the sauna, no ventilation. - parking was underground, the ways to get to hotel was weird, through evacuation exits somewhere near kitchen, no signs, where you really are not sure if you go right direction.
