Location was amazing and the staff were exceptional
We got an accessible room so didn’t get to benefit from the nicer bathroom

Lovely sea views from room. Our dog liked the bed and biscuits provided for him as well. Easy to walk from the hotel along the beach into Troon or just along the beach for quiet time if wanted.
Breakfast was just what was required to set you up for the day ahead. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous thoughout.

Lovely location and views.
The first room (206) I was given was tiny and was supposed to be for 2 people. The decor was extremely dated and awful. Also, the fridge clicked off and on all night.
I complain in the morning and were move to a bigger (not big) room, which was much better. The compromise was that there was no view.
We also weren't impressed with the breakfast. It was just ok.
These are things you don't expect from a supposedly 5 star hotel.
