Good central location. A fantastic shower & thank you for having conditioning shampoo.
The room I was allocated did not match the room shown on Booking.com. I had a small room with a shared living area outside the room - to be shared with people in another room.

İnternet service was good. Cleaning personnel is polite. Location is great.
Front deck is not helpful .The AC was only cooling however the room was cold and no heating was possible, even they did not send portable heater to my driend's room.
The corridor is not smelling nice.

"Sam, who handled the front office was exceptional. He was very responsive and helpful in so many ways. He made the difference in our stay at the hotel."
