The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier as our room was ready ahead of time, and on our departure day we could continue using the pool facilities until we left for our late flight. The location is excellent, only a 5–10 minute walk from the city centre. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the pool was large, clean, and well maintained.

Unfortunately, room 109 was much smaller than expected, and the uneven walls made the usable space feel even more limited. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with a very low ceiling, making it uncomfortable for taller guests. The shower splashed water all over the bathroom, including the toilet, and the hairdryer was faulty, making unusual noises and frequently getting stuck, to the point where we were concerned it might be unsafe to use. Overall, the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality and would benefit from renovation, especially the rooms. We also noticed that a much nicer room with a private bathtub was available on Booking for the same price during our stay, so it would have been nice if an upgrade had been offered. Finally, we were disappointed that the palm tree by the pool had been removed, as it made the pool area look much less attractive.

The best location in Oia!

The room was spacious and clean

The location is on the other side of the Oia… I knew when booking that it was a bit further away since it is not my first time staying in Oia… however it felt a bit far as the pedestrian road to enter Oia Main Street was not so friendly… a kind dusty walk with many cars passing by. Well it could be an option if you like to save a lot of money. But if the price difference is not so significant- better book something more central and with the main Oia view.
