This place never ceases to amaze me. Starting with the very friendly and helpful staff, to the superb rooms, impecable cleanliness, and good food (both breakfast and dinner). Free access to the spa is a great plus. The best place to stay when going to Red Bull Ring.

Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the garden was beautiful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The bed was a little too soft for my taste, but that is simply a matter of personal preference. Overall, I can highly recommend this place.

The castle was beautiful and we really enjoyed the spa included in the price. Front desk staff was friendly. Very good breakfast
It’s not that this was a bad place to stay it just wasn’t amazing and I believe that for the price, it should have been. Room was tastefully decorated but quite small, interior was generally a little sterile for my taste, restaurant was overpriced and staff was quite cold. I just think there are options in this price range that feel truly luxurious and this hotel fell short
