Night staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The young man with a first name from Bretagne (sorry forgot what it was) even helped me pay a speeding ticket.. 😂
The AC needs upgrading. It was as bit warmer in the room that we liked however, there was a standing fan so it helped a bit

Very convenient local near the train station and walk to the Bastille gondola for the amazing views of the city. Wonderful AC and room fan during this heat wave. The extra pillows were very helpful. The staff were very kind and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Lovely reception area and very nice breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

The room was cozy and comfortable, the beds were very comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was also excellent while it’s not directly in the city center, it’s only a 2-minute walk from the main tram hub, making it very convenient to get around.
The room lacked a mini bar fridge and an in-room safe, which was a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities were quite limited, and I had to request a refill on the same day I arrived. There was also no kettle in the room; although guests can freely use the coffee machine in the lobby, the coffee itself was quite weak and tasteless I had to add three extra espresso shots just to get a proper coffee flavor.
