Excellent location and very convenient to two great beaches! Very helpful staff.

Great location 10mins walk to beach, 20mins to old town, 15mins to JLP station. Late check in regime worked perfectly. Owners are friendly and helpful. Pre booked breakfast in the courtyard garden was lovely. Room was spotless and maid service good. Airconditioning worked well.
Situated on a very busy road. Traffic noise kept us awake through the night including 2 Road sweepers at 4.00am. Could do with double glazing.
Room was really small, bathroom door skimmed the corner of the bed. You need to be stick thin to use the shower.
Only 1 bedside table so had to put phone etc on the floor.
Mini bar but no glasses - had to ask. Unplugged fridge at night because it was noisy.

Lovely staff who were very helpful and polite when a problem arose with our booking. Lovely outdoor seating area. Good location and 20 min walk to old town Antibes along coast
Could have been cleaner but they were very helpful to sort this and the rooms are a little outdated

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
A balcony would have been nice, however, none of the rooms had one, so it wasn't a problem.

"Beautiful property in between Antibes and Juan-le-pin. Staff were really nice (Quentin), served gorgeous wine for €20 per bottle, and the tropical feel of the hotel is to die for"
