Gisborough Hall Country House Hotel & Spa

A Beautifully located hotel, stayed for 2 nights while visiting relatives. staff were friendly & professional, booked a superior double room which was everything we expected. Molton brown toiletries added to the luxury. Food was excellent, used the bar on an evening & main restaurant for breakfast. Cosy & comfortable lounge areas. To add to this, my husband left a pair of trainers in the wardrobe, which he realised 2 days after returning home, I phoned the hotel who confirmed they had already recovered them, I arranged for my cousin to pick them up & post back to us. Will definitely return 🥰

The accommodation was relaxing and both dinner and breakfast were well prepared and tasty. Staff were all very helpful.

The building looks fantastic and the professionalism of some of the staff was outstanding, some just okay.

On arrival after booking as travelling with pets, I was told that my very quiet, well behaved dog is only allowed in the bedroom and not in communal areas, now telling me on arrival is way too late, but that meant I was unable to eat and drink in the bar or restaurant, saved me about £150 after going to Sainsbury’s, sadly hotel lost out.
