The room was clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast was so good. Everything was just so perfect for a holiday. I definitely recommend 100%

Aircon not very effective during Paris heatwave, only went down to 20 degrees which didn’t cool the room down enough. Bar didn’t open at 5pm as advertised

The room was small but okay because I didnt spend enough time in it. Bed was comfortable, pool was really dissappointing and also there was an issue with the drain in the shower. We talked to reception who sent someone the next day but there was apparently hair and stuff stuck in the drain but definitely not from me. It was my first shower in the room.
there was a mistake by booking.com. I made two reservations for paris because towards the end I was heading to disneyland and both bookings were for 2 people but when I reached the hotel I was told the booking was for one person and even though I am the main booker I was told I had to pay. I am not sure how that happened because I made both bookings at the same time almost.
