Central location.Lovely staff. Nice cafe right beside it.

We felt that the use of the spa facilities should have been included in the price. We had to book a time to use it and the receptionist didn’t mention that it was €20 each. We were charged the following morning when checking out.

Location is right across the street from the cathedral and close to downtown restaurants and activities

Very clean and tidy

The biggest plus of this hotel is definitely the location — 5 stars for that. It is right next to the cathedral, in the very heart of the city, so you are perfectly located for exploring everything on foot. The room, however, was not quite as impressive. There wasn’t even a cup, tea, or a kettle in the room. The shower hose was damaged and leaking, and there was also a large damp stain on the ceiling. The room was otherwise reasonably clean. The staff were fine and helpful. The spa is decent and a nice addition, but €20 for 1.5 hours of use feels a bit expensive for hotel guests. It is almost the same price as if you were coming from outside. I think a symbolic discount for hotel guests would make sense and would also encourage guests to use the spa more and spend more time at the hotel. Overall, the location is excellent, the room is average, the staff are fine, and the spa is a nice extra but could be better priced for hotel guests.
