We liked that the apartment is very spacious and there is air conditioning and fans in all the rooms. The lounge furniture was in good condition. Good access to restaurants on the river. Comfortable bed.
Swimming pool was very clean.
We didn’t like the traffic noise in the early morning. We weren’t provided with keys to open the side doors from the lounge onto the decks. In summer this would be necessary for good airflow.
No cooking staples (salt, pepper) are provided and minimal toiletries are available. This was a minor irritation.

A very comfortable apartment, just what I needed for my little solo trip to Noosa

Location was good
Old property - needs a complete refurb. Appliances need replacing. Fridge was leaking. Toilet Seat broken. Shower Rose broken. Shower rose so old, it only let out a small amount of water. Outside furniture was dirty. Had to buy dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, flowing soap, Kitchen scrubbing brush for dishes, rubbish liners, handy towels for kitchen. This property does not suit people coming from overseas who need supplies included.
