Cochin Sang Hotel

Hotel is a typical city centre 3 star hotel .its location is the best selling point as its in walking distance to major markets .staff were friendly and kind .

rooms can be little noisy given the proximity to busy neighborhood .there was confusion about the number of guests as booking.com confirmed the room as for 2 adults and 2 kids can stay free which room was accomodated accordingly however reception informed us upon check in that room is for 3 adults and 1 child were the child is less than 6 years old .they ended up waiving the charges for us as our little one was just a day over 6 ! its best to consider this upon checking in and get written confirmation before committing to the booking

The location was fantastic and very convenient! It was within walking distance to so many places. The breakfast buffet was a nice spread. The room was clean and comfy. If you’re a vegetarian, there were many vegetarian restaurants nearby. All of the staff was wonderful.

Shower hot water seemed to be limited at times. The water was warm but often wouldn’t get hot hot as I prefer it to be. Also, where my room was located, it was in a very echoey area. I sometimes could hear other people taking a shower, watching tv late at night, and snoring.

Wonderful. We felt spoilt. The went the extra mile for my daughter's birthday. The rooftop floating breakfast was well worth it. Location was great. Highly recommended.

Nothing to add

Location was great

The staff were very rude and unhelpful
