A very beautiful hotel with incredible staff. Receptionist was very thoughtful and provided us a detailed tour of the hotel upon arrival. She even helped us book a last-minute trip to Balos which made our trip! Place is centrally located and has its own parking area too. Just as described in the photos. Staff all speak good English and are eager to help- there is always someone around 24/7. Would totally recommend!

Nice location in a small village away from the busy tourist areas. But still well situated to be able to explore this part of Crete. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

The state of the villa we stayed in was rather worn out/tired. The showers were heavily calcified, one sprayed water sideways rather than down, and leaked into the adjacent bedroom.. The hook holding the hand shower to the wall came off in my hands. The sun beds by the pool were also not in great shape (loose planks). We enjoyed our stay but were rather disappointed by the state of the property. The pictures on Booking were slightly misleading......or maybe taken a number of years ago.
