The location was ideal — conveniently close to everything we needed while still being quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the facilities were exactly as shown in the photos.
Room service was excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!
The air conditioning in the hallways wasn’t quite powerful enough, and we could still feel the heat even when it was set to 20°C.
The hotel was also undergoing some renovation work. Although most of it was well managed and didn’t significantly affect our stay, there were still a few areas where the ongoing work was noticeable. This was in Aug 2026.

Room was clean, specious, room service was punctual, linen was so clean and neat. My experience is so good as before.
Park Royal has everything that tourists will ask for their clam stay.

The suite needs to be refurbished, the bathroom shower screen was falling off and there was mould below the shower screen doors of the bathtub
