Staff was helpful and courteous

Brightly lit and easy to park. Lots of carpark. Staff were very friendly

Heating was too warm on last night but got better after switching to air con

I love this hotel and always stay here if I’m visiting the region. The staff are excellent and so is the food. Best menu of any hotel I’ve stayed in.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Location depends on what you are doing but there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away which takes you to the city, the end of the line being the train station. Restaurant very good.

The breakfast had a selection of cereal, croissants, toast etc but on the Sunday and Monday there was only coco pops but on the Sunday no bowls to put them in, only plates. The big problem for me was the centrally controlled aircon, which is getting more and more popular. The fan was VERY loud, defeating my ear plugs, and was puffing away 24/7, on for a minute or 2, off for a minute or two etc etc. In future I will only book a hotel if I can find out about the aircon in advance.
