Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. the location is very convenient and close to everything especially the main station. The neighborhood is nice.
The shared bathroom are a bit crowded most of the time, and the beds are not very comfortable but over all did not bother us.

I stayed in a female dorm room. I was first concerned about the lack of privacy due to the absense of curtains but it was actually fine. It’s easy to meet people here.
The air was stuffy in the room. There was no place to put your stuff while showering.

The staff members were highly attentive and helpful.
The common area was great for socializing and meeting people.
Cleaning could have been done with more care and attention to detail.
It was disappointing that small necessities like towels required an extra fee.
