Its location, in two minutes, or less you are in front of the gate entrance . A/C system.
Coffee house, bakery, mini market are very close.
Short walk to the beach.
The flight of stairs leading to the 2/f where the three bedrooms and bathroom are located.
This apartment is not for families with children or the elderly .
The steps leading in and out of the bedroom with the two twin beds is,(in my opinion,)dangerous. ( see picture)
The lack of extra bath towels.
The bathroom sinks are small.

Location was fabulous. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed, plus extras. Rooftop was a lovely place and now with a covered roof which was needed in the heat.
Steps. But Dubrovnik is very hilly so accommodation built into the hills are going to have steps even inside.
