Grand Central Hotel Shanghai - Nanjing Road

Good location nice staff very helpful. I live the ambiance inside room and the bed was huge very happy

Nothing all was great

Amazing room, luxurious and very clean and comfortable

Location, breakfast, cleaning and staff service are all good

The problem was the sagging mattresses in the middle; they look that they have been over-used, you cannot sleep straight what cause some pain, we have booked 3 rooms and are all the same. also, there is nowhere in the lobby to sit or wait, the staff stop us from using the area and said it is for business only and we have to consume or order if we want to use it, there is also some very standard and basic area that you have to be VIP or upgrade the room to use it

Location very nice

Airco not working (blaming government). temperature in the room exceeded 25 degrees at night.
