The apartment was affordable, clean, tidy, comfortable and homely. Slight ant problem in the kitchen around the sink, no matter what we tried they just kept coming. Washing machine and dryer were a great touch. Separate bedrooms to living area, very roomy. Very tidy and clean modern and roomy bathroom and toilet. Balcony small, but big enough for a couple to sit on the 2 provided chairs. Great Water views from room 12 (top floor, level 3). No lifts, stairs. And a pokey car park included in the price. Friendly and happy reception staff, Ari (sp?) Lovely girl, very bubbly and explained everything nicely.

Spacious! Had everything we needed! Very comfortable. Great shower and comfortable bed.

The location was excellent - walking distance to the beach, shops, Urangan Pier, restaurants etc. We booked a pool view and also had glimpses of the sea through the buildings. We booked a 1 brm and were given a 2 brm (which we didn't use other than to store the suitcases.) Good to have a kitchen and unit overall is a good size.

The accommodation is tired and needs updating and maintenance. No toilet roll holder, just a half-used roll left on the window ledge. Lots of places where plaster and paintwork is required from where the toilet roll holder was removed, blind fittings removed. Lounge was for 2 people only, but obviously the unit sleeps 4 people, so no room for 2 to sit. The lounge smelt and had not been cleaned in between the seating cushions for some time as there was lots of crumbs and fluff accumulated. The 2 outdoor chairs on balcony were low and uncomfortable to sit in. The splashback behind the sink was coming off the wall and was warped behind the stove top. This product is obviously not fit for purpose. Most of the windows need maintenance as they don't roll smoothly or latch doesn't work. Some windows did not have flyscreens, others had torn screens. Parking under the accommodation is very tight. Would be impossible to park a large or high vehicle. No lift in the building, so need to lug your bags from basement carpark to your unit up the stairs. We were on the first floor so we coped but would be difficult for elderly or people with a disability. Overall, a little paint and TLC in the unit would make the world of difference. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.
