The attention from the host from the moment I booked was good and we were in regular correspondence when items needed to be undertaken.
The apartment had a safe and the twin bed room was spacious with views of the canal. The main shower room was a good size as was the living/kitchen area.
Sadly there was a lack of kitchen dishes, plates, glasses and cutlery for a family of 4.
The ensuite shower room was a bit small but functional, clean and the shower was powerful.

Great location.
Has air con and balcony.
Bathroom screen was partial and rubber unattached and water leaking out when showering.
Ants in living room and bathroom.

Great location, extremely helpful staff, nice roof terrace, good value for money
Pretty steep stairs to the second floor, might not be suitable for small kids and elderly people.

Location is superb, right next to San Marco and close to ferry station. Air con worked well in living area and good to have two bathrooms.
There is no lift and the apartment was on the top floor so lots of stairs to climb. The canal smells were strong so hard to keep windows open.
