The staff were great, in particular the Manager Michael, Mohamed in the dining room, Jasmine in Kids Club and Ashraf. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We all slept well on the comfy beds. My daughter really enjoyed kids club. The steak at the Italian restaurant was the best we've had in Egypt. Highly recommend this resort as it's great value for money.

The sea here is absolutely amazing—truly the best I have ever seen anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable, but what really sets this place apart is the phenomenal staff who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. ​A special thank you to Mr. Ibrahim Hemdan at the reception, who is one of the most respectful and exceptionally hospitable people you could meet. From the very moment we arrived, he escorted us to the VIP lounge and generously offered us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room. ​I also want to highly commend Mr. Ibrahim Shaker, the Food & Beverages Manager. He is incredibly helpful and welcoming. When I simply asked for a water refill for our room, he completely exceeded expectations by sending up a full box of large water bottles! ​Lastly, Mohamed Magdy, the waiter in the restaurant, is extremely polite and an incredibly hard worker. He has a unique way of providing top-tier service that makes you feel like the most important person in the place. ​I would definitely come back, in shaa Allah! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

While I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, there are a few areas that could be improved. Overall, the hotel property is in need of renovation. Additionally, the marina setup could be enhanced—adding a jumping spot from the upper deck would be a fantastic feature. Finally, the marina currently closes at 6 PM, which feels very early; extending the hours to around 8 PM would make a huge difference for guests. ​Despite these minor points for improvement, I would definitely come back, in shaa Allah! Highly recommended.

This was hands-down the best hotel experience my family and I have ever had. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to Mr. Michael, the hotel manager, for his outstanding leadership and for personally ensuring our stay was flawless. Mr. Ibrahim, head of Restaurants and Food & Beverage, and his team delivered exceptional food quality and variety at every meal. Mr. Ahmed in Room Service kept our room spotless and handled every request with a smile, and Mr. Ahmed at Pool & Beach Services made sure we were comfortable and having fun every single day. The animation team Max, Bambino and the whole team was incredible with the kids, keeping them happy and entertained while giving us parents time to relax. Every staff member, from front desk to housekeeping, treated us like family. The aquapark, beach, and activities for both adults and children were top-notch.
