Location was great, very central. Excellent value, mattress was very comfortable. Living space was nice,, check in was easy.
The flooring and counters could use some updating for aesthetics, but this didn't affect the quality of our stay.

The apartment was a good size and was well equipped for a weeklong stay. The living room was comfortable and there was a good sized table eating our meals. We were in a boisterous part of the city which was actually fun and when you closed the sliding door to the balcony you didn’t hear too much noise.
Apartment needed a good cleaning. We addressed this with the property manager and he advised it would be rectified. If it hadn’t been for this one thing we would have given it a 10.

although in a quiet location , it was very close to the city centre, an easy 5/7 minute walk
Minor problems: the shower was very hard to adjust to an even temperature, there was a bit of a bubble in the kitchen flooring and though not the flat owner's problem, the waste bins in the basement were overflowing.

Location. Graham was a great help assisting us with our luggage.
No lifts !
Lifts out since Christmas time and we were not advised at time of booking. Being on the 3rd floor with some mobility issues is not fun.
