100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·mar 2026
The staff was always super attentive and helpful.
The cleanliness was not to a very high standard, we had to call reception for hot water and also we couldn’t pay by card.

Conveniently located having access to nearby markets
Property is nice and cozy but there is always room to do things better like maintaining the cleanliness of the property inside and out.

The room was very nice in fact, the entire hotel is excellent. At the time of check in I met Mr. Akash who welcomed us very warmly. There are small issues everywhere, but it’s always better if they are resolved promptly. Thank you for taking care of that.
All the staff at Hotel Sunstar Grand are very caring. The whole team is wonderful.
Thank you very much for such wonderful service.
