Hotel Residence La Luna Nel Porto

Property was beautiful and excellent location, convenient to the ferry and centrale. The view from our room was stunning. Staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend

This place would have got a 10 every time but we did have a little disaster on the last evening with a leaky air conditioning unit. This unfortunately meant that we had a very warm last night trying to sleep. Not blaming the hotel as these things happen but wanted to explain the 8. The room was lovely, well decorated and comfortable overall and the view from the balcony was amazing. The location felt very close to the centre but without any of the noise you’d expect from a central location. The staff were absolutely amazing. Always helpful and extremely courteous especially when dealing with our little issue mentioned earlier.

Excellent location

Nothing

We were warmly greeted by staff and after checking in, we were shown our room which was huge, with an outside terrace with table and chairs and loungers. The view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking and the breakfasts amazing. The hotel is ideally sited for easy access to the ferry terminal and the old town. Would certainly re-book this hotel again.

We were happy with everything.
