Hard to get a better location. Super convenient to Pacific Fair, public transport, the Gold Coast Highway and the beach.
Unfortunate nearby construction was noisy, but that could be said for anywhere on the Gold Coast.

Location was great.
We booked for 5 people but was only supplied linen and towels for 4 people. Until was a bit run down with many things needing some maintenance. Toilet seats were lose, one aircon wasn’t working and a few other things that could do with some repairs.

Noise from private tenants above Room 16 were extremely noisy, in particular from midnight to 3am and 4.30am to 6am, I think male goes on playstation/video call overseas during these times.
Our room was not serviced in two week stay, we were we not offered this facility so washed towels/bedding in washing machine provided
Balcony area not swept/cleaned before our arrival
