B&B L'Approdo

Tonino & Anna were the most gracious host ever!! They were so kind, caring and went above & beyond everyday for me. They own their own restaurant, which I ate in everyday! The best gnocchi I have ever had in my life! It was in a beautiful cove, the most gorgeous clear water. My place was spotless, spacious, air conditioning, etc. I would highly recommend, 10/10!!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. And the restaurant onsite serves fresh, delicious food. Ana and Tony were very accommodating and gave us all the info to have a wonderful time around the area.

B&B L’Approdo is a perfect choice if you want to visit Sorrento, Amalfi and Capri while also enjoying the nearby beach. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the sea was good, with toast, croissants, fruit, coffee and more. Tony and Ana are very welcoming and helpful, and they make you feel right at home. The view from our room was spectacular, especially at sunset. I highly recommend it!

The property is right by the sea, at the foot of the cliff. You can use the nearby public elevator or public transport, which is convenient, but both have limited operating hours. Early in the morning or late in the evening, be prepared to walk up or down.

Hosts Anna and Toni were very welcoming and friendly, always happy to answer any questions and help in any way. On our last day the shuttle bus did not arrive and rather than order us a taxi we were driven by Anna to our airport transport pick up point in town. Very good continental breakfast. Location was very quiet on the harbour front but chosen deliberately as a picturesque base to visit the Sorrento and Amalfi coastal towns. More restaurants and bars can be found in Piano di Sorrento town centre. Or the very busy Sorrento town itself is a very short distance away, easily accessible by public transport or walking. There are 2 boat trips conveniently leaving directly from the harbour (Capri, Amalfi & Positano). There are 2 beach clubs and beaches at either end of the harbour.

The toilet in room 5 did not flush easily. A room with a balcony would have been perfect but none were available during our stay. Otherwise all as expected.
