La Corte Dei Sogni B&B

Fantastic restaurants nearby.

Very nice rooms and wonderfull staff. Easy to take the bus to and frem Modena.

There were hens and roosters outside. The rooster started crowing at 4:30 a.m. and kept going all night and into the morning. This ruined my sleep.

Charming ambiance, comfortable, spacious rooms, good A/C and lots of windows (that open, with screens), big bathroom and shower; pretty convenient for exploring Emilia-Romagna. Didn’t eat the breakfast, but seemed to be a good spread.

I would’ve given it a 10 but for the unappealing neighborhood and the noisy roosters that woke us up every single morning, starting as early as 4:30. No thank you.

Fantastic stay at La Corte dei Sogni! My room turned out to be a spacious small apartment with a massive, beautifully renovated bathroom. The property itself is a charming historic building with a nice garden. It’s located outside the centre, so you will need a car (they provide private parking), especially for getting to dinner since the nearby national road isn't safe for walking at night. Despite the proximity to the road, it is incredibly peaceful—waking up to birds chirping was a highlight. The staff is exceptionally professional and polite. I even accidentally left some Swiss chocolate in the room, and they went above and beyond by shipping it back to me! I will definitely return the next time I'm in Modena

It took over a month to receive the Swiss chocolate back, but since I wasn't in a hurry, it was only a minor issue. I really appreciated that they were polite enough to ship it back to me in the first place.
