Location fantastic, food very good

Breakfast quite basic, Thai food at the restaurant was great, not sure why they don’t give more of a taster in the breakfast menu. Also bar could be a little cheaper

For the price we paid for a triple room with breakfast (around $100), the hotel gave a great value. Location was convenient and their restaurant is next to the beach. Its next to the Samae Beach. They don't have any sea view room and I think all rooms are garden view. They provide transport from Ferry drop location (have to walk a bit for the pickup) to the hotel and back to the ferry, which was useful. Breakfast was excellent. There are several restaurants around, so you can try them as well. Prices of those restaurants are slightly cheaper. We had a water leak with our refrigerator and staff was very quick to fix it. Would like to appreciate the care they gave.

The listed price was between $300-400 and we actually got attracted by the discount. But I don't think the property and amenities are worth that much. For the price we paid, I am happy with what I got, but definitely not at this listed price. I feel its a trick that they do to list at a higher price and then give a discount to attract visitors.

The location next to the Loh Karn (Tien beach) was our purpose to stay.

The airco was leaking suddenly very much, no electricity nearby the bed. But we were able to change our room after talked to the staff it was dangerous to stay in the room. Overall the staff are very friendly as always
