A beautiful peaceful setting in the mountains. The architecture is inspired.
Breakfast was delicious and great options.
Staff were dedicated and helpful throughout.
Visited at a very quiet time, only a few other guests. Made it slightly eerie, albeit peaceful. The pools were closed (which I was informed in advance)
We were two couples travelling and booked two king rooms. We were placed in a sort of standalone “house” with 3 x king rooms and a shared living/kitchen space. It would have been quite awkward if the third room had other guests. The kitchen also had zero utensils/cutlery/crockery which was odd.

El servicio muy malo en el restaurante. Nos trajeron la sopa al final de la comida y los camareros no atendían eficientemente, las bebidas tuvimos que reclamarlas varias veces. El servicio de recepción no contestó a mis solicitudes hasta que no intervino Booking

Location by the Great Wall is cool and the property is up on the mountain so very quiet location.
A lot of the facilities on the property weren't open, pool etc the property could do with a bit of a spruce up

"What wasn’t to like? The facilities were top class and the views of the Great Wall were stunning. You have free access to a small part of the wall via a steep climb which was the cherry on the top"
