Value for money very basic but not a sound u would swear there was no one else in the hotel

The hotel is located at the last metro station U 76, from the city center there are about 10 stops and a 25-minute ride.
The area is QUIET, there is no noise, there are cafes, restaurants, shops.
The room is small but has its own bathroom and for that money, I did not expect luxury.
from the city center there are about 10 stops and a 25-minute ride,
the hotel room is old but I am satisfied.

Just next to tram, 30min into city center.
Feels like all of their furnitures need to be renewed.
