Long waits for elevators and worn carpeting

The hotel is okay, but nothing more than that.

First of all, there are no power outlets for charging phones next to the bed on either side, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is boring and doesn't change all week; when I made a casual request, I was told "we don't do that," among other things. There is no variety—they don't even have tea bags.

It is the second time we came to this hotel. First time we went in April 2023. We have spent 7 nights this time. Location is perfect, near the Shimbashi train/metro station, with direct access from Basement 2. Especially on summer days or rainy days it is a good option. Room is spacious, and the toiletries are of good quality. Coffee, water and tea is provided daily in your room. They have also a power socket adapter for charging phone, gadgets, s.o. Breakfast is very good and 2 spacious restaurants are provided, based on your preferences (a la carte or open buffet). If you prefer the open buffet option, like us, you need to go to Basement 1 and they can prepare for you eggs on their live station, or you can select from the various Asian and continental options available. You can send your luggage from their hotel to various destinations but be prepared to provide all the details of your departing flight, terminal, s.o. or next destination in Japan. Compared with 3 years ago, moving the luggage will take a little more time (2 days before your flight you must ship the luggage). But this is not their fault. Also, they can keep your luggage for a while. Lawson and Family mart are available in the vicinity of the hotel. Two (2) smoking rooms are provided in the hotel (main lobby & 2nd floor). Those are also very clean and well kept. :) For me, as a smoker, it was a bonus. It was a perfect stay for us.

The breakfast options were the same for our entire stay. Nothing has been changed on all 7 days. It can be boring after a while. As there are plenty of options to choose from, we thought that the rating he should get from us it is a 10.

Location was good, the Hotel was nice and the High Tea was lovely.

The checkin process was the worst I’ve experienced. We waited well over 1 hour waiting in line to checkin, it was very slow and made worse by not starting processing guests until it was exactly 3pm. This delay caused frustration to many guests, even if the rooms weren’t ready they could’ve processed many and let guests collect their keys and just come back later. For this reason I would not recommend this Hotel.
