The room was lovely, very spacious, clean and private away from the main house. A great view and place to go to relax away. The owners were great and the included breakfast options were a wonderful addition to the stay.
The bed and breakfast room doesn't include a kitchen, which is understandable. However, it would be great to have a sink or separate place to wash dishes and cutlery as washing up in the bathroom sink is not ideal.

The room was beautifully kept. The balcony was exceptional. We saw the Milky Way from the balcony in the evening. My husband enjoyed the Jacuzzi in our room overlooking the outside next to the windows. The place is beautiful and lush green.
The breakfast wasn't cooked and served hot. If it was that would have been nice, keeping the cold weather in mind. It was for me to prepare and have.
The room is inside a house and this was not mentioned on the website. So we were a bit surprised as we reached the property late at night and we had to take our luggage to the first floor, which was again a surprise.

The Location was a 5-minute drive from Montville city centre and that was great. It was also located centrally to several walking trails. The peace and quiet was wonderful and this is a great escape location.
Based on photos that was presented on the website, I expected the room to have a great view of the Mountains and valleys. However, the room provided was surrounded by vegetation that did not provide the wonderment of sitting on a verandah and enjoying the view.

The surroundings were lovely as was the spa bath. When we asked for some more coffee we were gladly given
It just felt run down and not maintained like it should be. I won't list the problems but none of them major. Sorry but don't expect the level of maintenance that we got for the price we paid
