Les Ateliers d'Art Modiste et formier

L'accueil et disponibilité Bons renseignements sur les produits locaux

This was the second time I had stayed at L'Atelier, and I hope it won't be the last. The most charming ancient range of workshops and storage area has been wonderfully transformed into a home, artists studio, bespoke millinery and Chambres d'Hotes. All right in the middle of the ancient town of Roanne. We were bowled over by the welcome of our hosts and their attention to detail, especially the breakfast served in the cool alley-way that leads to their garden (we were there in the blazing heat of '26!). The simple rooms are carefully thought-out, furnished and decorated with an artists eye. Thank-you.

Location was excellent for visiting the town centre able to park for the duration of my stay in the private driveway, owner very welcoming and informative

The breakfast was adequate but could have had a slice of meat or cereal, well presented
