100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·sie 2026
The location is gorgeous, the property is very well maintained, our room was spacious and exceptionally well designed. We enjoyed our stay, so extended it with another day. The staff is super friendly, very polite, smiling, they seem to be professionals who genuinely like their job and not just 'fake it till they make it'. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to our friends.
To be honest, there is nothing to mention here.

Lovely room and breakfast, our flight was delayed but they took the stress out of our late arrival with great communications. Vezprem is a lovely little town

Great location, bathroom, the room itself were nice.
The breakfast room (I’m not sure how else to describe it) is very small, and guests are not allowed to sit in the other three empty areas.
The quality of the breakfast was quite average. The eggs were cold, the bread was dry, and the pâté seemed to be the cheapest kind.
Another issue was that a member of the kitchen staff was shouting to a man from another room. It was quite loud and not the kind of atmosphere I would expect during breakfast.

Good location
Low quality personnel. Difficulties in communication. Property charged in local currency, not in Euro like it was mentioned on booking and this lead to extra costs. Property manipulated data from booking resulting in extra costs for breakfast.
