Practical, clean, parking available
The location is somewhat isolated and away from busy areas …

Everything was good. Good location. Not far from centre.
Easy checkin, nice parking.
From 3:00 am long and loud screams and discussions of the neighbours through the thin walls. Was very hard to have a rest.
The deposit of €50 was returned after 30 days only.

The rooms are more like a studio flat with facilities. Parking was very good, secure off road, keycode access. The room is basic but clean and warm, mine had a balcony. Campus feel to this site. It is outside the city walls which is good, but an easy walk to reach the city centre. Great value.
Traffic on the main roads is pretty heavy. Not the apartment's fault of course but factor it in to your travel.

Helpful and smiley employee.location is ok. Free secured parking is the best offer.
Bed isn’t comfortable. The utensils are worn.

"Even though the neighborhood was safe and not run down, we were very happy with the security of the building and that the parking was gated. The property looks new-ish and the room was clean and new. ..."
