Exceptional location. A few minutes walk to the beach, with a gorgeous restaurant (the other resto is run by a very grumpy Spanish lady who hates tourists). And blissfully quiet.

The apartment was not as spotlessly clean as the other reviews suggested. Very dusty. Apartment needed a deep clean. Also, there is no food or drink on site.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good, quiet - few minutes walk from the beach and lots of beach side restaurants. Nice walk along coast to punta arabi hippy market and es canar and easy drive to north coast and las Dalias market. Property was spacious and clean with a balcony.

Beautiful apartments and facilities, very clean and friendly and accommodating staff

No bar restaurant, it was closed off and in need of renovation. We were informed the owner was unwell. With it being a very small area, it was limited to a couple restaurants and bars on the beach as one if for the Tui resort across the road. We were woken by extremely noisy neighbours who partied through the night, we informed reception, and they apologised however we were told that’s basically what happens as the young ones go out late and come back early morning. This policy should have been stricter for people with a family.

Lovely staff, very attentive and friendly

Air conditioning wasn’t great, kept the lounge cool but not the bedrooms
