Understand the hotel was renovated in 2021 and it shows its charm and beautiful decorum. Truly an outstanding stay and value for price paid for room, dinner and Bft with all the lounge drinks and treats. If you ever consider an Onsen stay it is well worth the visit.

Pillows….. very small and hotel should consider more deluxe Queen size for bed

Nicely renovated hotel. Easy to find the location, staff are very polite & helpful esp the serving lady during dinner. Food is great.

Opening time of onsen can be longer, it closes at 10am in the morning.

Location

The onsen area does not provide any towels need to bring towel from room and limited skin/ body care amenity. Given towels are wet after onsen after hiking there is no clean dry towel to use There is no security measures to the onsen area esp the outdoor onsen area. Very dangerous. The room ventilation is weak Aircon is not cool enough. Demand us to hv breakfast 7 am too unreasonable for holiday stay. Book via booking.com shuttle bus is not free !!! The dinner is very sumptuous. Service staff is limited but they tried very hard to deliver good service

newly renovated

staff is not helpful and doesn’t understand english well
