The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location is very close to the Cathedral and in a busy and lively area. I stayed on the third floor which was isolated from the street noise.

The room was small but I can't complain due to the good price and excellent location. The shower basin takes some time to drain water.

Great location. Staff helpful. Allowed luggage storage.

No outside window ventilation but good aircon.

Everything is clean and he was a perfect

- It's in an ideal location, with tons of restaurants, bars, etc. - The checkin is pretty easy, you just need to read your messages. Checkout is likewise easy too! - The provide extra blankets in case you get cold.

- The wifi was basically unusable. Throughout the days I was there, it would go in and out and when it was on it was mostly incredibly slow. - I'm not the heaviest guy - about 145 lb - but when I would turn on my side I would often feel the bedframe move about or the mattress itself. I kept having to reposition the mattress and the bed just from turning. - The AC struggled to really cool the room, but more importantly it dripped a lot of water throughout the night. I realized this my first night when I woke up and the edge of the bed was wet. I actually had to rearrange all the furniture in the room so that the water from the AC wouldn't splash on me. - The shower drain seemed clogged - the water would fill the shower floor after maybe 2 minutes or so and then would start flowing onto the bathroom floor itself. This made me take much shorter showers than I typically would because I didn't want to damage anything.
