Location was great. We loved the room.
Would have prefered someone on reception even if for a short period of time or set time per day. Just if we needed anything.

Grounds and room were beautiful. It was a lovely 1/2 mile (uphill) into town. There was one restaurant nearby within walking distance.
Self check in and no staff there until breakfast. All information brochures in the lobby were in italian only. Was 1 1/2 miles from the hot springs.

Lovely location and view. The bed was the best we have slept on in Italy! Breakfast was delightful. And the discount on the Saturnia waterfalls parking was much appreciated. And Serena was lovely.
