We got the business room. It has a massage chair. The room is small like a typical Japanese room but has great location, just 3 minutes walk to hakata station and 5 minutes walk to Amu plaza Nintendo Fukuoka. It has lawson convenience store at ground floor and Komeda Coffee. It has large public bath onsen. There is parking at the back of the hotel. Another third party parking infront of the hotel.
There is no free drinks or coffee. There is no elevator that will take you from ground floor to the reception which is inconvenient if you have a lot of luggages. You need to use their escalator. There is no in door connection for the parking area and the hotel.

Very handy to main train station, but still quiet. Good facilities. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was clean. Coffee shop and convenience store on ground floor. Coffee was good.
I could not find too many options for restaurants nearby. Try the subways under the station for restaurants.
