Richard welcomed us on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed, the room itself was fit for a king and the location was right by the main plaza
The shower was leaking into the toilet area, but we managed to deal with it

Breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect BUT the best part was Francisco. He was so attentive and helpful. My husband left his jacket in the cab that brought us to the airport, we contacted Francisco he got ahold of the driver who returned to the airport with my husbands jacket!! What amazing above and beyond service!! We will stay there any time we return to Bogota
Everything was perfect

Good location in Centro Historico close to attractions
Renovations were obviously done a very long time ago and they desperately need to be done again. Aspects are not in keeping with the building which is now rundown. The one young guy running the place try’s hard but there is a feeling of coldness to the place.
