Nice vibrant location. Clean room. Safe location to rest before a very early flight.

Only issue was checkin. As this is a B&B and not a hotel, there is no reception so check in time had to be pre agreed. Our agreed time to meet ended up being a little late (our fault) but there was no flexibility to checkin any earlier due to no staff being available. This isn't really a criticism as this is the business model and i guess it is cheaper to stay here than a hotel. I didn't want anywhere too expensive as we were only sleeping for a few hours before a 3am cab to the airport but it's definitely something to bear in mind for the future. The tourist tax is also required in cash and it would have been helpful to have been informed of this prior to arrival rather than looking for cash mafhines and trying to then get change when I should have been trying to rest for a few hours. Other than these points it's a clean and safe environment to stay, we booked the room with private bathroom however be aware the kitchen area is shared and it doesn't appear that way in the room options.

Cudowna pani Eleonora z którą jest bezproblemowy kontakt. Czyściutko i wygodnie. W pokoju wszystko co potrzebne, świetne śniadania na słodko. Fenomenalna lokalizacja. Jeżeli wrócimy do Bergamo, to tylko do tej lokalizacji noclegowej.

the room was nice, big enough, clean. bed was comfortable.

the room is above a restaurant, so in fhe evening we could hear loud noise and really really bad smell was coming up, even through the closed window. this was really uncomfortable. shower could be cleaner, and the toilet smells like poo quite a lot. also water presure was miserable. breakfast is very very simple, only processed food.
