Cleanliness, excellent location
I would prefer having a little coffee machine in the room

The location is perfect. The room was small but very nicely presented. The staff were lovely and helpful. The shared spaces of the hotel are extremely well curated

Very clean , staff very kind, excellent location in the centre of town
Even just a small desk in the superior double room would have been useful

The location and accessibility
Size of the room - extremely small (we have had book the superior room), barely space for suitcases and other belongings.
“Paper walls” one can hear everything that is happening in the corridor, next room or on the street.

"I was most impressed with helpfulness of staff and hotel facilities that made my stay in Sevilla that extra bit more comfortable. Free water, coffee and tea at the lobby. Can leave luggage after check..."
