Hotel Cuore Nagasaki Ekimae

Location: the hotel is opposite Nagasaki Station - take elevator to second floor of shopping centre beside station, walk out doors and take a couple of hundred steps. There are elevators down so no struggle with suitcases and stairs. The tram stop is outside and convenience stores next door. Check in was efficient - but get there early if you want to store your luggage in lockers. The rooms were meticulously cleaned. There is a ‘rental’ room on a floor with extra pillows, an iron and lots of ther items you can borrow for your stay. This is a fantastic idea. The amenities bar had plenty of skin care samples.

I extended my stay and I had to re-register; this doesn’t usually happen at other hotels. The beds are definitely firm. The air conditioner was not very cooling. BUT I would definitely stay there again.

I loved the location. Very convenient to the mall and public transport. The LAWSON store was a bonus!

The rooms were very tidy and clean and the staff were very kind and super helpful.

Close to Nagasaki central station. The room was small but nice. It had a window and a bathtub. Japanese breakfast was great and included some typical Nagasaki dishes. 😊

I really liked everything. Probably the best hotel during my stay.

The location was very close to the station and there was a connecting bridge from station/ mall to the hotel, with lift for those with luggage just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Hotel was very dated and was quite dusty, air-conditioning didn't work for the whole duration of our stay. The staff didn't inform us at check in, we had to find out when we went into the room itself.
