Cross Resort Hotel

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. The service is exceptional, with a team that is always professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly, making our stay comfortable, stress-free, and truly enjoyable.

Nothing

The best hotel! We originally planned to stay for just two nights, but everything was so wonderful that we ended up extending our stay for another week. They allowed us to remain in the same room, which made our extended stay even more comfortable and convenient. The staff are truly exceptional - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel has a great atmosphere, huge swimming pool and amazing restaurant. Nothing

Both outside and inside pools were nice. Apartments were spacious and the location was on the suburbs of Yerevan, so it was easy to get there in 15 min.

The outside pool could have been heated as the water was quite cold. Apartaments weren't the newest, so in some time they may requiere renovation.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pools were great for children and adult pool a bonus. The food was reasonably priced.

The building is dated and in need of significant redevelopment; it’s a converted hospital and still has that feel. There was lots of day pass guests which makes the pools very busy and at times impossible to find a lounger (many people leave belongings on loungers overnight). The pool restaurant and bar staff are incredibly inattentive to the point it’s painful trying to get service from a dozen males leaning against the bar and looking at their phones.
