Good price for location, much cheaper than Premier Inn for example. Room was clean & comfy. I like the food & bar choices. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

proximity to centre
My daughter and myself were harassed by another guest during check in who appeared to be drunk. In an attempt to avoid her knowing what floor we were on and getting in the lift with her we had to immediately leave the hotel and go back later. My daughter has anxiety issues and found this very intimidating. The staff did nothing to help us.
